Individual Riders: $500 fundraising minimum per rider.
Tandem Riders: $1,000 fundraising minimum ($500 for each the pilot and the stoker)
Team Riders: Team Fundraising total can be shared amongst your riders. The average raised per rider must be at least $500. (eg. # of team members x $500 = Minimum Team Fundraising goal).
*We ask that all team members fundraise regardless if the Team Fundraising goal has already been met.

Sara DesBrisay - i wanna workout!
Sara is a fitness trainer who has run half and full marathons, competed in triathlons, ridden in three Gran Fondos and is always excited for a good workout. She has been involved in teaching fitness for over a decade in many different capacities. Haley Barton - Nutrition Savvy
Haley Barton, (MSc) is a nutrition consultant, health educator and freelance health writer. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and is a recurring guest on CTV Morning Live. She has contributed to various publications including Impact Magazine, BC Living and Huffington Post Canada.
